Dear Associate,

First and foremost, I hope that you and your family are safe and healthy during this most challenging period for all of us. Please know that despite our distance, we appreciate all that our associates are doing for the Performance Automotive organization. We remain focused on our primary goal of protecting the safety of our associates and customers throughout this ordeal. We are looking forward to better days ahead when we can start building back our staff.

Here are a few items of interest that I would like to share with you at this time –

  • Ohio and Kentucky both extended Stay at Home Orders through May 1st
  • Our Sales and Service operations remain open with reduced staffing and hours of operation
  • Contact with customers has been virtually eliminated in both Sales and Service Depts
  • We will reach out individually to those that are “recalled” (brought back off leave) as our business begins to pick back up
  • NOTE: If you refuse the recall, this will result in a separation of employment and may negatively impact your eligibility for unemployment benefits

  • Please remember that work is not authorized during your leave period, due to federal and state wage and hour laws
  • If you are currently enrolled with our Aetna health insurance plan, your share of medical insurance premiums will be paid by the Company through April 30
  • If you have not yet applied, we recommend that you immediately apply for unemployment benefits

If and when any additional information becomes available, we will continue to update this web page.

Take good care,

SD
